Except it's Brooklyn where the issue is, especially those who rely on the (R).If you have to, keep the (R) as it is and make a "Brown (V)" and have it run 95th-Bay Ridge to Canal on the (J), extended to Metropolitan Avenue late nights and based out of East New York in addition to the current (R) that would have the side benefit of two 4th Avenue locals, also mostly eliminating the need for the current late-night (R) shuttle if this "Brown (V)" runs at all times. |
