The first of these travelling from Grand Central Terminal was called “State Hospital” located at milepost 69. The second was “Wingdale” itself at milepost 69.08.That's bizarre. A distance of .08 miles is only 400 feet - about 5 car lengths. Even if they were both very short platforms there would hardly be any space between them. |
