It sounds like the R would borrow from ENY (perhaps interchanging with the M at Forest Hills). Are there enough 4-car sets to spare from ENY now that the R179s and R211s are around? Even if they only have a couple of sets to spare it might happen if Jamaica yard is really struggling. |
