I'm not saying for the initial test of the 160s, but for the ATO testing done with them. That's why it is a new problem. They turned on ATO based on tests of empty trains, but the trains themselves couldn't take the stress it created when full. And QBL is always full. And they probably didn't do a passenger load test because it was done when the 160s were new. |
