Aren’t the 4 and 5 car units of the respective car types supposed to be treated as single cars for the purpose of cutting out brakes and electrical systems?Isolating a car due to Human waste, Blood or a broken window is the Norm that's what I'm referring to. When one has to Sectionalize due to a a brake pipe or serious electrical problem that's when its "air to air or iron to iron". Depending on the Problem and what RCC or the RCI or TSS on the scene advises. |
