Unfortunately a new building was erected just north of East Tremont Ave. where the old NYW & B railroad bridge was, and south of that location is a new MTA Bus garage and maintenance depot. The opportunity was there, but people with other ideas got to the property first and there you have it. Take a look at the area for yourself and see what was built, then come up with a working solution for the problem, |
