Checking Google Maps in the satellite mode, the NYWB tracks were cut off at Lebanon Street. Yes, the two lots south of of its former roadway has newer buildings now, along Lebanon Street and East 178th Street. On an empty grassy lot seen between East 178th Street and Wyatt Street, one can see a trace of its ROW once being there. The MTA NYCT bus garage's parking lot takes over, situated between East Tremont Avenue and East 177th Street. Of course, the current West Farms Bus Depot has its full land domain there on the lot placed between the south side of East 177th Street and the Amtrak (ex-NHRR tracks). -William A. Padron ["180"] |
