If you are going from Walter Rand in Camden to Trenton on the River Line, and you validate your ticket just as the train is entering the station, it will still expire before you reach Trenton. I always thought that was a shady little trap, since fare inspectors could catch you anywhere north of Roebling and fine you for an expired ticket. There just isn't enough time allotted by the validator to make the full trip. |
