The problem with the RBB is that like the proposed Rockaway connection toe Roosevelt Av, the connections are only to the local tracks either requiring a change to an express service or a longer local ride into Manhattan. That would be all right for passengers from Ozone Pk north but for passengers on the existing IND Rockaway Line the current route through Bkln would be preferable since it’s express al the way. |
