Yes, that was my point -- the city-bound RBB locals could discharge passengers at an express WHB station, thus relieving crowding at Roosevelt Ave.I don't know if the provision to create island platforms at WHB was originally intended to accommodate Rockaway local trains, but it would work in such a scheme today. |
