Downtown Brooklyn is pretty over served when it comes to the subway.

Do you (or anyone) think Downtown Brooklyn has passed its peak or that it has the potential to become like a mini-Midtown?

It doesn't seem like many skyscrapers will go up south of Atlantic Ave (or even Schermerhorn St) so has it gone as far as it can go?
