No. Way too uncomfortable to ride PATCO for distances that far. Bad enough that the PATCO ROW is the former PRSL line out of Camden albeit elevated (the PRSL was at grade).

River Line cars are already getting their prime movers replaced; their MDBFs are only a few thousand miles. Big waste of money; and since you mentioned that, the route of the PRR Nellie Bly was actually the NEC to Trenton, then today's River Line to Pennsauken where it joined today's ACL (but thanks to NJT, we ain't getting that back).
