If we want Center City access, send it through the CCCC and back up one of the Reading branches, or just turn it at Track 0 in Suburban if you wanna be lazy.

You'd have to get some dual modes, but that's not so bad. Maybe put in a joint order with SEPTA, to grab a few more for Norristown line extension out to Reading as well :)

Austerity's gonna be tough folks...
