Cuomo votes for this bail reform law . It is actually a series of laws Cuomo signed into law . The most disturbing is the requirement for the da office to turn Over all witness and victim info to the defense attorney . There has already been multiple incidents where victims and witnesses have been assaultedFYI 35-40 other states already have that requirement. We live in a surveillance state. Pre-trial detention is pretty much unnecessary and a waste of taxpayer money. |
