At least those express tracks are being used - I always wondered why the test tracks were built on the Rockaway flats and on the Dyre Ave. line instead of using the unused tracks like the aforementioned F line express tracks in Brooklyn or the express tracks on the Sea Beach line also in Brooklyn. |
