I suspect the Dyre one was a trick to use car procurement funding to get a new track. It added some much needed flexibility - since the Dyre doesn't run along a road, shuttle busing was always awkward. A third track has made that unnecessary for the most part.The Rockaway flats, beats the heck out of me. Maybe they wanted to do high speed tests? |
