I would be not surprised in the least if it is speed-limit strangled like all the other expresses, thus removing most of its advantage. Back in the '70s, subway cars rated for 70mph were delivered, now the expresses are actually passed by locals until the next stop. Gotta remind average folks how little their time is valued. |
