I’m not sure, but I think by then the hand throw switch connection at Ditmas on the Culver was in place. Otherwise they would have had to be pulled by an SBK electric loco to the 38 St dock and carfloated to 207 St Yd. A similar move from the BMT via 38 St was probably done with the Qs when they were transferred from the Flushing Line to the IRT for 3 Av El use. In that case, they would have been carfloated to 148 St Yd. |
