Route 23 goes to Germantown. Route 15 goes to West Philly.

I would love to see trolleys on Rt. 23 again, but this will almost certainly never happen. Too much track has been paved over, especially in Center City.

I think partial Trolley service will return to Rt. 15 after Labor Day.
