At the museum event last October, Alan Putre, the Executive Director of the MTA’s New Fare Payment Program and Vice President & Chief Revenue Officer at New York City Transit, told us that you will be able to set up an account linked to a debit or credit card and pay for the buses and subways with an e-ticketing app. And, you will be able to have an LIRR or Metro North ticket on it as well. They already have e-ticketing with the MTA eTix app-. |
