190th is very deep if you come in from above, not sideways.

Roosevelt Island is probably the farthest below sea level, and also quite far below street level.

Lex/63rd is way below street level, but more like 120 feet, not 180.

Hudson Yards, 72/2, and 86/2 are really deep too.
