The tunnel floor at 63rd is directly on top of the 63rd Street tunnel. There is nothing more to give there, unelss you want to bulge the ROW toward the the street, and raise it, along with all the building entrances and sidewalks. That is a show stopper right there, in addition to destabilizing the tunnel walls all along PArk Ave. |
