The only way that could be is if the escalator cavern west of Lexington Avenue extends under the Park Avenue tunnels. The 63 St tracks are too far down to be a clearance problem. In fact even the upper level 63 St tracks pass under the Lexington Av express tracks, which, in turn, are below the Lexington Av local tracks. |
