1) Fix Bergen St lower level

2) Run the G local with full length 600-foot trains

3) Have ALL F Trains run express in both directions from Church to Jay between 6AM to 10PM.

Its the best way to run service when the L goes down. The G won't be plugged by F trains and you will get more reliable service.
