The F and G Trains constantly plug each other up during rush hours between Bergen and Church in the peak direction. Separating the service would get trains moving.Go ride a few trains from Bergen St to Church Ave in the PM rush and see how bad it can get. Sometimes it can get backed up all the way to Smith-9th Or better yet, go stand at Bergen St on the southbound platform and see how many G trains get plugged by the F because of the speed restriction the F has to deal with while crossing the switch thats at the north end of the station. |
