20% of malls will go dead within 5 years. When 2 of 3 anchor stores closes, the whole mall is jeopardized.

It is not enough to simply blame Amazon. All too may of these department stores simply do not sell what people want, target only those under 35, or go "upscale".

Kingston hasn't been a thriving area in decades, and the trend continues. Unfortunately, rail museums often set themselves up in places people do not want to go or hard to get to.
