Caldours, Gertz, Steinbech even Sears for all tense and purposes.

The current Department store model like JC Penny where it tries to cut cost by having one or two register lines so the customer experience suffers waiting online will just make internet shopping more appealing.

As the non-computer generation dies off, so will the Department store if you are going to have to wait in line for any length of time.

Look at SI Mall, it's new wing is high scale or destination based with eat in movie theater and Dave & Busters.
