I've seen an express to White Plains (first stop Scarsdale) that's almost always M3s but I'm making a priority of the rarest and likely shortest-lived. As for the 62A 7 trains, try looking for them during the AM Rush as most lines require more trainsets for the AM Rush vs the PM Rush. That's true, but in my experience the 7 is more likely to have Queens-facing RFWs than Manhattan-facing so it evens out. (Also I already got a RFW video of the inbound 7 express).
