As an irony and in full circle of sorts, R-10 car #2961 was also in the consist of the last known and recorded regularly scheduled run of the fleet itself (all green-painted units) on Friday, September 8, 1989.n/3209-3157-2961-3159-3181-3169-3008-3168/s Thus, #2961 lasted four years extending its life in regular service (instead of the planned five) as an overhauled car.
