There were times that the Franklin trains ran through as Brighton lcls so it wasn't too much of a stretch. Although I never used it, the S/E of the S/B platform at Rockaway Ave was laid out almost identically to the S/E of Fkln since when the Fulton St el was shut down west of Rockaway Av, machines were installed similar to those at Fkln to issue transfers to passengers needing to connect to the Fulton St el. |
