Never had that problem.I went where ever I wanted to go. Folks use to say the same thing about Bay Ridge back then...but I still went there. The Only bad experience I ever had riding the rails was with a so called Police officer who was very sure I ran through the slam gate instead of paying the 60cents. Even the booth clerk told him I paid, that it was someone else, yet this asshole just knew for sure that it was me... Cause he "saw me through the hole in the door". Took the proper steps after he wasted time writing a ticket...got the clerk to back me up, even though the cop told him to stay out of it. Clerk even showed up on the day I had to show up at court and vouched for me! I didn't have to pay any fine.. And I filed a grievance suit... And was awarded. |
