I thought it was to reduce the the amount if time the system was to be shut down. So you could combine tasks from different departments into a single closure.Why would they need to close the system just for cleaning? The vacuum train comes through to clean the tracks? And they don't need to close a station to clean it. Why wouldn't system maintenance be included? |
