Fasttrack is mostly about cleaning and station maintenance, not system maintenance.The goal is to do it sooner and for less money. In that regard, it has been successful. A decent part of disruptions over the last almost 5 years has been because of Sandy. There are certainly other problems that are getting worse, but Sandy aftermath cannot be ignored. |
