I did not know they have been waiting two years for more to arrive. I was only asking a question and there is no need for that attitude of yours saying "it does not make sense". I was in no way indicating they could appear out of nowhere.So (correct me if I am wrong) that the reason for Fastrack is because we don't have enough vacuum trains and that when they arrive and put into service it will no longer be necessary to have so many closures and reroutings. If that is the case, it certainly was not what the public was led to believe. We were told it would accelerate repairs to the system by doing them for efficiently combining several tasks from several departments into one closure instead of having separate closures. Nothing was ever said about it being necessary just to clean tracks and stations. |
