It would be easier to have eliminated station switching at Bay Parkway and put that money on the road.

Or maybe the switchman just walk the 1,000 feet on every relay because it was an easy switching job.

If you eliminate station switching at Continental, a terminal with terrible delays, the backups won't be so bad.
