Miami also had a surprisingly low number of long-term-unrepairable yard queens.John, are you saying it is possible that WMATA's car shortage results in OVERutilization which results in no time to maintain the cars (at least outside a short overnight window) which results in a lot more broken cars which results in even more car shortage? |
