If they need minor rework nights and weekends could be fine.But if the tubes need a gut renovation the only sane thing is to shut them completely for a year and stuff as many extra people as you can over the WB and through the 42nd St and 53rd St tunnels. A single tube closure is going to be as miserable as a full closure, if not worse, and last twice as long. |
