That at least provides some time if proven true:Perhaps they can use some of that time to seriously look at doing an emergency rebuild of the Atlantic Avenue (L) station to at least four tracks so you can then have the (L) terminate there (letting the (L) better serve the more heavily used portion) and run a line via Broadway-Brooklyn to Manhattan from Canarsie. As said before, enough of the old structure remains that a rebuild could be done at Atlantic Avenue. |
