You know my name, why don't you state yours? That was the phony story that was made up by Arjun Lal. The fact is that it was he that wanted to go running around purloining things, and tried to get me involved in it, which I adamantly refused.Lal took some things without authorization (I won't call it theft) and was forced by me to return them, which is why he cooked up the "theft" story about me. The fact is that McGinty and Omar Pagan (nothing mysterious about him) have a tightly knit clique which I didn't fit into. McGinty seized upon the opportunity presented by Lal's slander and he used that as an excuse to kick me out. And please don't lecture me about immaturity or being disgraceful or playing dirty. I can recount the behavior in the diner with the whole "morning glory" nonsense. I can also recount how Lal wished to bring "ten bitches" over to the shower stall in the TMNY trolley barn after everyone had left. As regards any police report, there is nothing to report. Filing a false police report is a crime, especially if it's done in retaliation for posting public criticism. No police report was filed by anyone because there was no illegal action by me. The fact that you want to file a retaliatory police report for my "playing dirty" is prima facie evidence of fabricated allegations brought in bad faith. Making up stories as you are constitutes libel, and I am very well capable of suing. Watch your step. |
