Regional rail are scheduled trains, subways are heavy rail rapid transit that shows up every 10 or 12 or whatever minutes. Different fare structure, different scheduling, different service, different expectations.

Rapid transit services, the NYC subway included, should have more station bathrooms. The NYC subway's lack of them is pathetic for a first world country.
