But travel times on BART and WMATA can be comparable to those made on many of the Regional Rail lines SEPTA operates the Silverliner Vs on. Ultimately what matters is not the pigeon hole you attempt to fit the method of travel into, but the passenger's experience. To the passenger the Regional Rail and "subways" are functionally identical. They're a box they'll ride for 15 to 30 minutes. Why do you excuse the lack of bathrooms in one set of boxes, but decry another boxes' lack of the same?
