I lived on the C-train line in Brooklyn, so yes, I remember the long waits for trains. The cueing up trains waiting to enter Hoyt-Schermerhorn or exiting the Canal Street station on the journeys to work, or attempting to get home.Or watching A-trains running fast on the express tracks while you're waiting for the C-local station still hoping that the C-train would show up. I would truly LOVE to see the C-train service beefed up greatly, because it helps Brooklyn riders at the local stations, especially because in Brooklyn there are few alternative lines just a couple of blocks over. Beefing up C-train service is something that is almost never a discussion here! Mike |
