Yeah, but with NYCT rehabs the new concrete starts crumbling days after the trains run, then the track also go out of line laterally, then larger waves get beaten into them by each passing train. Sooner rather than later they're rebuilding the same tracks again. I've seen this several times on the 7th ave line. |
