So then your contention is that PTC was funded for virtually the entire NEC except for the section of track where this accident took place. Is that what you are claiming?FACT: The bill that was rejected was a multi-facet bill that also funded airports,highway,housing and rails. Blaming the house now because this 2 decades old technology which was mandated 7 years ago to be installed but has not been completed is just exploiting this tragedy to support liberal political rhetoric.
