Do you think that AMTRAK actually needs or even believed that they would get everything that they asked for?As for "shove ready", PTC was deemed important enough 7 years ago. If you actually believe that PTC was not fully funded, why wasn't it when the democrats controlled both houses. What is different now that was not in existence then. Politics? |
