Of course...That's if it were close to the surface...An ETBM could work just as well,with cut/cover used to build stations only.. But that it...a new subway in north Brooklyn might require a new east river tunnel... Perhaps the L train can be branched out,according to it original plan,with the Utica line as it's southern leg...instead of the Broadway El. |
