Well, partly because I'm skeptical that CBTC has really accomplished anything. Yeah, I thought about enhancing the 8th Ave terminal, but I'm wondering if it would provide enough space for another line, esp. if that also turns out to be a hit, like the L. Maybe add a third track and platform as well as the tail tracks? Dunno. |
