The tail tracks on Houston east of 2 Av Ave are connected to what were the EXPRESS tracks of the Houston St Line before they were severed and connected to Chrystie. However, your point is well taken since they can now only be accessed from the local tracks on 6 Av and that would impact on the capacity of those tracks. |
