They do the same at a complex in Raritan, and it is right next to a road that floods with every hurricane or heavy nor'easter. A couple of years ago, it was $2,200/month for 2 bedroom, more for a garage spot, more for a dog. I don't know what their vacancy rate is, but Raritan train loadings are flat year over year.

They think it is Hoboken.
