Then parking, garbage, and all the other extras.Doesn't $2K a month get you a two or three bedroom apartment with those amenities included in a decent looking complex out there? The pricing that this complex is looking for just isn't sustainable, and aiming for luxury prices in some far flung suburban outpost doesn't make much sense, especially when you can pay nearly the same amount and be in Nassau, or even Queens. |
